Your training data

Ben manages this private training record. Contact bookings@beniclo.es about access, corrections, downloads or deletion.

We store your email, linked training profile, sessions and shared coaching feedback to provide your training record. Private coach notes are not shown in your portal.

Height and weight are optional. Permission for future entries and weight-loss encouragement can be changed in Profile. You can use your training portal without adding body measurements.

Other clients cannot see your record. The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting and records, Supabase for sign-in, and Resend to send login codes.

Ben may use ChatGPT to enter workout results you provide. This involves processing those details through OpenAI. Contact Ben if you prefer direct entry through the website.

Records remain while your coaching record is maintained. There is no automatic deletion schedule. Contact Ben to arrange removal; limited records may need to be retained where required by law.

You can ask Ben to access, correct or delete your data and withdraw optional body-tracking consent. You can also raise a data-protection concern with Spain’s AEPD.
